I have this weird issue with my laptop, which is running Windows 10. I cannot create a new folder! If I click the icon on Windows Explorer, nothing happens (the icon is there, it is highlighted, as if it were active, but clicking on it does not produce a new folder). A right mouse click is even worse: there is no “New” option.I have done all Windows updates, but this has not fixed the problem. I have also done a scan of system files to see if any were defective and needed fixing, but there was no problem. I have a feeling it is a registry issue, but a registry edit I tried following some advice I found on the net (I have forgotten what exactly it was I did) did not help. Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance!.
